It's About Balance, Patience, Focus, and Confidence.

  • Jumping & Landing

    Parkour Students learn how to generate power with their entire body, launching into the air like superheroes. They’ll also learn how to safely land to protect their bodies.

  • Vaulting

    Vaulting is a foundational movement in Parkour. It helps kids navigate through obstacle courses with ease

  • Walls & Bars

    Imagine being able to hang from Walls and Bars with ease. It takes practice, but before they know it, your little one will feel like a real super hero!

  • Tricks

    Cartwheels, Handstands, Wall Flips and more. With “Safety First” always in mind, our Parkour classes teach your child to star in their own highlight reels.

  • Never-ending Patience and Determination

    Patience and Determination are one of the most amazing benefits that Parkour can give children. These “awesome moves” don’t just happen overnight. It takes years to perfect, but because it’s so much fun, the kids actually WANT to be determined. Ultimately, they’ll take that determination into everything they do in life.

  • Laser Sharp Focus

    Focus takes practice, just like Parkour moves do. Our Parkour Program teaches even the most rambunctious kids to focus. They practice that focus over and over when they come to class, and like a muscle, it gets stronger the longer they attend!

  • Skyrocketing Confidence

    It’s pretty easy to look around you as a kid and see everyone else being “cool” or “popular”, and to feel “less than”. Not only is *every* child treated the same in our classes (no cool kids club), which automatically helps with confidence, but before they know it, they’re feeling awesome as they conquer more and more challenging obstacles. We’re literally building confidence with each class!

  • Conquering Social and Personal Fears

    It’s easy to be afraid of jumping from obstacle to obstacle, just like it’s easy to be afraid of trying new things. But eventually, kids in our Parkour class learn that with practice, they can overcome their fears. They learn that “courage” doesn’t mean not being afraid, it means facing your fears head on. Once they learn how to do that on the Parkour floor, they can do it anywhere else they want.

Can we try it before we sign up?

Unfortunately, because our classes are so popular, we are unable to offer trial classes or programs. To get started with Parkour, you can enroll your child during one of our open enrollment times during the Summer, Spring or Fall semesters.

Our programs are month to month; you can cancel at anytime.

If you are on this page and enrollment is closed, you can pre-register for the upcoming semester and guarantee your child a space. It is highly recommended to do so, as open enrollment fills up very quickly!

Will my child get hurt? Is it safe?

Safety is always our number one priority. Although you risk injury anytime you choose to get out of bed, in our experience, we see far fewer injuries in our classes than in other kids activities (baseball, softball, football, etc). All of our drills and exercises are age appropriate and designed to improve physical skills without endangering your child.
